Monitoring - A fix has been implemented for the Email Marketing module and it is now loading correctly. All production issues reported today have now been resolved.

Update - A fix has been implemented for the issue with debit card payments made today being marked as Proceeded to Payment Page and a data update is in progress to mark all of those payments as Complete.

We have also resolved the issue where admins were not able to make changes or additions to accounts.

The only outstanding issue at this time is the inability to load the Email Marketing module. Our team is still working to identify and resolve this issue. We will provide further updates as they become available.

Identified - We have an update regarding the issue with debit cards given a Proceeded to Payment Page status in the online payment record in ShulCloud. When you view the Online Payment record then you will see a note that says "Advanced: If this payment was paid in the gateway, but is pending in ShulCloud, click here to mark it as paid."

If you click this button then it will generate the payment with the correct transaction ID from the payment processor.

Our team is continuing to investigate and work on a full resolution to this issue.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue regarding the status given to debit card payments after processing in ShulCloud. With a mandatory fee set on the gateway we are seeing that debit card payments are fully processing on the SIP ShulCloud Integrated Payments Gateway and the card is being charged. However, the status given to the payment in ShulCloud is Proceeded to Payment Page. Our team is aware and working to resolve the issue.
