Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue affecting links generated through our legacy email system. Specifically, tracking links sent today (July 2, 2025) are returning a 404 (Page Not Found) error instead of redirecting properly.

Important Note:
🔹 Links sent prior to today are still working correctly.
🔹 This issue only affects tracking links sent on July 2, 2025.

Impact:

All links sent out via Legacy Mail on July 2, 2025.

Clicking these links results in a 404 error.

Current Status:
Our team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating the root cause. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Workaround:
Links sent out via the Email Marketing Module will still work as expected. This only impacts links sent out via Legacy Mail.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this.
